{"id":198,"date":"2026-09-21T10:27:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T10:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wildness.ge\/?page_id=198"},"modified":"2026-09-21T10:27:00","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T10:27:00","slug":"return-and-exchange","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wildness.ge\/?page_id=198","title":{"rendered":"Return and Exchange"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may request a return or exchange within <strong>3 days of receiving your order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A return or exchange may be requested in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You received an incorrect item due to an error on our side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item you received has a defect or differs significantly from the product ordered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The size you ordered does not fit and you would like to exchange it for another available size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>size exchanges<\/strong>, the customer is responsible for all related delivery\/shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All items returned for an exchange or refund must be <strong>unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition<\/strong>, with the original packaging and tags attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, use, damage, washing, alteration, or does not meet the conditions stated above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us first to confirm that your desired size is available. If the requested size is unavailable and the item is otherwise eligible for a return under this policy, a refund may be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A change of mind or dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference is not, by itself, accepted as a reason for return <strong>except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel or return an online purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an incorrect or defective item was sent due to our error, <strong>Wildness will cover the reasonable return and replacement shipping costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return or exchange, contact us at wear.wildness@gmail.com or Instagram Wildness.wear and include your order number and the reason for your request.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
